"The hotel's location is a definite advantage. The staff is always smiling, very nice and helpful. Nice view from the window. Fairly clean. Tasty breakfast."

"We didn't have a TV remote control. When we asked for a remote control at the reception, we got one that didn't work. Our room was very small but it was not disturbing for a 2 night stay."

"I have no complaints whatsoever about the Jeff Hotel. The location was great - the neighbourhood was buzzy with a great range of bars and restaurants right beside the hotel. It was close to the metro, and within walking distance of many great areas. and places of interest. The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff extremely welcoming and helpful. I was particularly impressed with Samira who was on reception. She was always friendly and helpful and went out of her way to find answers to my questions and solutions to my IT problems - a real professional and an great asset to the hotel."

"Jeff Hotel is no frills. It's pretty basic but it's also very reasonably priced and it would be unrealistic to to criticise. For the location alone I would go back but in addition to that, I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff. It's not high end but it's not pretending to be and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. If I am being super critical, the wardrobe didn't close and it would have been good to have had a comfortable chair, but these are small things that can be easily remedied."

"I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the hotel's ratings... It's not a 5-star hotel, but the value for money was fine for me. The room was clean, warm, and cleaned every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is in a great location, close to everything, with lots of restaurants and shops around. I have no complaints."

"Perfect location, lovely room. It was small and not bursting with amenities, but clean and comfortable. Staff was lovely, too. The lift is a bit of an adventure - be prepared to take the stairs if you're claustrophobic!"

"Luggage storage is possible, but it's kept either in the dining room or the corridor, both of which are accessible to every guest. Everything was fine, but of course a separate room would feel safer."
