"The place was lovely, in a rural setting so very peaceful. Caroline was an amazing host and kindly took me to the supermarket and bakery as it was too far to walk there. This was an amazing offer. Breakfast was lovely with Caroline making a chocolate banana bread which was very popular with my husband and son. Pool was kitted out with inflatables and balls. Unfortunately when we came to leave there was no water-an unexpected issue to required repairs. Caroline kindly let us use the showers when the water came back on which was after check out time. Again above and beyond. Would I recommend here, yes definitely."

"Our room was spacious and comfortable and had the bonus of a claw foot bath which was very welcome as it was very cold when we stayed. It was good to be able to use the breakfast room whenever we liked to give more of a home from home feel. We also appreciated being able to do a load of washing. Caroline and her husband were very friendly and we were very happy with our choice to stay at La Garoffe."

"Comodo alloggio un po' in collina a pochi minuti dal mare. L'alloggio è un monolocale con cucina, gli ambienti sono ben separati, ottimo per 2 persone dotato di tutto ciò che serve compresa caffettiera 😅 spazio esterno ampio con splendida vista dalla collina fino al mare. Ideale per vacanze al mare ma fuori da contesti affollati. La zona non è turistica e anche nelle 2 settimane centrali di agosto si ha la giusta privacy e si può godere dello splendido mare. Un grazie particolare per l'host molto gentile e discreta. Grazie! Consigliato 👍"

"The apartment is cute, well equipped, clean, with a great view, and literally next to the beach. The photos are accurately depicting the rooms. Host and concierge are very friendly and easy to reach/communicate with. Bakery and surf school and supermarket and main street are in walking distance. We plan to come back next year!"
