"The room was on a quiet street with lots of trees and a creek floating by just 20 meters away from our doorstep. Martine, our hostess, is a very nice, easy going, welcoming woman. As for the breakfast, I was wondering why everyone was praising it like they did.. The truth is that it consists of local products of high quality and also some homemade recipes from Martine. But this has to do with more than material. It's unbelievable, how tasty simple ingredients can taste, when they are being prepared with soul. The Greek word for it is "meraki", which describes that special touch that turns something into more than just "good". It makes it essential and meaningful. And that's how Martine is as a person in general. She helped us find our way around with great tips and information. Thank you so much for turning a 3-day getaway into an unforgettable experience!
