"Quiet location, space for car on street by the garden gate. Lovely hostess and her dog. She spoke only French, but we managed to understand each other. Bedroom clean, blackout blinds, had our private bathroom across the hallway. Breakfast delicious, had a choice of sweet or salty. House full of character.
