"If I could give it 12 I would! Beautiful house with excellent facilities both inside and out. We had 8 people in this house really comfortably. The owners live next door but are really friendly and don’t bother you other than coming over to clean the pool etc (but they will do it when you’re out if you let them know). The pool is heated and the poolside facilities are great - bbq, beer fridge, outside dining table and chairs etc. we lived out there most of the time aha the temperature varied from 23c to 44c during our stay. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet break - you will have to drive to anywhere else as there are no nearby facilities (there is a machine in the next village which dispenses fresh bread like a cashpoint 🤣🤣👍). The photos on the listing don’t do it justice."

"Lovely location, house and garden with pool was lovely, very peaceful and relaxing. We sat in the outdoor kitchen area and cooked on the gas BBQ every evening."

"Large rustic house with beams and stone walls. Peaceful and relaxing holiday. Lovely warm pool, very welcome on hot days. Steve and Jan made us feel very welcome. Will be going back."

"Le gîte La Lavande est un grand gîte, parfait pour vivre à plusieurs pendant une longue durée. Ses 4 chambres sont réparties en 2 pôles à l'étage avec chacun sa salle de douche, et une salle de bains au rdc complète le tout. Une grande cuisine, très équipée, un grand salon très cocooning et aussi trois espaces extérieurs permettent de prendre les repas. Le must est la piscine, assez grande. Bref, un lieu idéal pour se reposer, vivre les grandes chaleurs de l'été, découvrir la région qui est riche."

"Es ist ein rundum schöner Platz zum entspannen und sich wohlfühlen. Steve und Jan sind so bemüht und rücksichtsvoll wie ich es selten erlebt habe. Das Haus hat so viel nette Plätze und Raum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und willkommen."

"the property sent me a guide note on how to access the property. the guide note, explained the whole procedure, it was very simple and user friendly."
"Lovely, slighyly quirky, modern apartment, very spacious for one person (and also for two) in a fantastic location with a metro entrance 20 metres away from the front door. It was quiet (I heard very little sound from the other inhabitants of the building). Bed was very comfortable. And as someone already mentioned, the nearby park, Buttes-Chaumont (combined with a walk along the canal) was great, especially on a sunny Sunday."

"We loved our family stay here. The house was spacious and centrally located to visit different champagne houses, some within walking distance. We spent most of our time relaxing in the big backyard with the incredible view of the vineyards. Jenny was a very responsive host and responded to any questions we had quickly."

"La maison est cosy, bien équipée à l’exception du manque de saladier. Maison fonctionnelle avec un grand jardin bien équipé également. Proche de la plage et du centre ville et de Morlaix. Brest pour l’aquarium est à 1h 08 et locquirec est entouré de petites communes très mignonnes avec des marchés où on y trouve de bons produits"
