"Our hosts were very welcoming and treated us in a friendly way. The house is very tastefully furnished and decorated. A very good breakfast in the garden, with home-cooked croissants, homemade jams (even ortange marmalade), etc., was a bonus. Our room was air-conditioned."
"Exceptionally, we were in Mont-de-Marsan for the annual fetes (around 21 July), when accommodation is in very short supply. We were within 100 metres or less of a fairground where the rides kept going uintil 2 or 3 am. Even with the shutters closed and the modern noiseproof window fully closed as well, earplugs were essential. I would not hesitate to recommend this property during the other 51 weeks of the year."

Il y a un parking assez grand juste en bas de la résidence et la plage est juste de l'autre coté de la rue. Le centre animé de Saint Jean de Monts (Grande Roue, avenue de la mer, etc..) est à à peine 15 min à pied."
