"So unique, located in a real medieval mountaintop village! It took about an hour to drive to the top of the mountain from Menton on a curvy road, but it was worth it. Amazing sunset view from the living room. Cozy rustic interior. The kitchen had modern amenities. Full of charm!"
"Hard to find the apartment because communication with host was pretty bad. First, he sent the access info in French even tho we asked for it in English. Second, the apartment was listed as #7 on the confirmation but it was actually #6 so naturally we couldn't find the lockbox it and had to call the host. He said it was an error from Booking.com but that's no excuse because he could have communicated that it was #6 in his message with the code info and mitigated a lot of stress. Lots of uphill stone steps to get to the room with luggage."
