"Very nicely located in walking distance to the beach and as the living room & balcony of the appartment is in the first floor with a pitoresque view on the beach. Again in just a few minutes walking distance it is also close to the harbor and the stores located there. The appartment itself has everything you (as a family with small children) need. The Landlords are quite relaxed (did not want to have any deposit) and uncomplicated in handing over and back the keys"

"Hotel Avalon is a mid price hotel located close to the Gare de Nord making it a fantastic base to explore the city. Our room was a good size with a separate bathroom. The room could have done with fresh decoration in places and looked a little tired, but this was the only down side. The staff were first rate and very attentive to needs. The reception desk team and breakfast staff were excellent, and the room was cleaned with new towels every other day. Breakfast could have been a little more varied but was more than adequate to set us up for a day of exploring. A brilliant base and very well connected."

"Nous avons pu venir dans le cadre d'un séminaire avec mes équipes sur Nantes. Les échanges avec Stéphanie ont été fluides et réactifs. La maison a été une une merveilleuse découverte. Le logement est spacieux, propres, très accueillantes, les literies est de qualité dans chacune des chambres. La salle SPA avec sauna et jacuzzi est très bien entretenu. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine, nous le souhaitons !"

"Great that the bus stop is just in front of the building. The kitchen is better equipped than other places I've stayed lately, and the cookware is in like-new condition - everything very attractive. Surprisingly spacious. Listed as a studio, and that's correct because the bed is in the living room. But there is a large entry hall and a separate kitchen. And the bed is a Murphy bed with a good mattress (lit escamotable) not a fold-out sofa bed. These hosts have paid attention to quality and done a great job."
