"The property is well equipped and includes all necessary amenities — everything was there except for a washing machine. Most of the furniture and appliances appeared new, and the location itself is very peaceful and quiet. Also P.A of the property very helpful and professional. Thank you"
"During our stay, we unfortunately experienced a few issues. When our toddler started crawling, we noticed a significant amount of dust on the floor — his hands and knees were visibly dusty — which meant we had to do extra hoovering and cleaning ourselves on arrival. Additionally, the heating situation was disappointing. The apartment was very cold on arrival, and although the owner came within five minutes of our report, he was unwilling to raise the temperature to 22°C as requested, adjusting it only from 18°C to 21°C. The radiators were also locked, which left us feeling cold for most of the day. Overall, not a comfortable experience during the winter months."

"Appartement récent, très propre, très bonne literie. gestionnaire a l'écoute. Necessaire de cuisine présent et complet.Place de parking a proximité immédiate du bâtiment dans un endroit clos.. Endroit très calme et campagnard."
"Le chauffage bien que fonctionnant n'est pas modulable et l'équilibre des températures est à revoir. Sous un aspect petite clim le radiateur de la salle de bain soufflant est bruyant et donc ne peut être utilisé quand quelqu'un dort dans la chambre. L’accès a la salle de bain ne se fait que par la chambre et les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain. C'est un peu dommage vu la taille de l'appartement. Pour un séjour de plus d'une nuit il est nécessaire de demander une deuxième clé, car la clé unique sert a la fois pour l'appartement, la porte du bâtiment, et le portail d'entrée situé a 100m. Cela a été résolu par le gestionnaire après notre demande."

Stationnement aisé et sécurisé Espace paysagé environnant soigné et paisible (Vue sur les champs ) Village bien pourvu en commerces , en périphérie de Lille , avec accès faciles pour visiter la région . Conciergerie discrète mais très réactive en cas besoin . Nous avons apprécié les produits de premières nécessités ( dosettes kf , bouteille d’eau , PQ , essuie-tout et produits ménagers )"
