"Such a charming place with very friendly staff and owners. We stopped for one night on a longer car trip nd found all we have been looking for: Parking on the private property with a great garden and a big pool, big rooms and great breakfast."

"The quietness. The extensive garden. The rustique feeling. The fact that we could have breakfast when and for how long we wanted. We were there to do absolutely nothing and for us, it was the perfect place. Nice large rooms, very comfortable beds. Will happily go back!"

"Sometimes quirky places run by artist-types seem to suffer a little on the practical side things, such as having a curtain instead of a door for the loo, and some general upkeep that would benefit the place; the pool area (which wasn't really 'ready yet' we were told as it had been cold weather, however we arrived in early June on a hot afternoon and all three different groups/rooms staying as far as I could see had a swim and had a picnic tea there as it's such a lovely area, so there was definitely a desire to use this space, seemed like so much more could be made of it, even just by a quick clean up on the day we arrived so that there was somewhere suitable to sit)."
