"The location is very quiet, 3-4 houses and just a small country road going through. You get a feeling as to how it could have been, living in parts of a castle. All in all the restoration really succeded in giving authenticity to the whole living quarter. Of course there are modern things,parts of the kitchen, parts of the bathroom, central heating( radiators hidden in corners) so at least it wasn't that cold as it usually would have been in a castle like this.(and you would have needed a lot of wood to really fire up the place). The garden was nice and quiet, tranquil even. The hosts were very friendly ,spoke english so all is not lost if your french is a bit lacking. They are also commited in continuing the family heritage. All in all a very idyllic place and the best choice if you want to experience something of the ordinary..."

Extremely kind host, a tastefully furnished and impeccably clean apartment, a separate bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a sofa bed that is very comfortable to sleep on, a beautiful and spacious terrace with a seating and dining set, excellent Wi-Fi. Fully equipped with all appliances, and everything works perfectly. Just a 12-minute walk to the Palais des Festivals. The garage is large enough to fit my MB GLE, which is a great advantage. All in all, a solid 10."
