"The place is only 15-minute driving from the circuit of Le Mans. If you travel for the LM 24 Hours or MotoGP, it's a perfect location. Breakfast is excellent and you would feel guilty if you don't finish it all =D You would have heater and air condition too. Definitely recommend and would like to return."

"Location was good, villa was lovely and clean. To have three bedrooms each with ensuite was perfect for us. It had everything we needed. We were only a short walk from the villa to a restaurant on a campsite, which served excellent food. Another short walk through the forest to the beaches where there were plenty of restaurants and cafes."

"Location, location,location, in the middle of the historic villages. Appartment is newly renovated and has a good vibe. Lastly the free parking facility (2mn walk) is great."

"The property is very nice, seems to have been recently renovated. Rooms are clean and sheets are fresh but guests are to put the new sheets on - I guess to show/prove that sheets are clean and new for new guests. Toilet/bathrooms, both up and down, are nice and clean with hot and cold showers. Kitchen has beautiful long table with chairs, coffee machine, kettle, induction stove, fridge/freezer, cutleries, dishwashing machine. Only issue is the location - the journey to the location is quite eerie at night as there are not enough streetlights. Also, parking on-street is available."
