"This apartment is on the ground floor - and you can charge your electric car just from the window. It's equipped which everything you need for cooking, ironing, drying, washing machine, coffee machine, heater and cooler. It's at Magnan tram station - 10 min walk from Old town and 2 min from the beach, one minute from Carrefour and minutes from promenade. Very silent location because it's inside the yard. Spacious."
