"Wonderful hosts and an extremely nice location - very peaceful and homely, with breakfast out on a terrace overlooking the stream. Friendly neighbours with interesting stories (!), and in easy reach of Guedelon Castle. Would highly recommend and would be delighted to stay at Le moulin Grenon again when next in the area. And very reasonably priced considering how nice it is."
"Being a mill building, there are insects from the mill pond at night, meaning you need to shut your windows - certainly when you have the light on. This does mean the rooms can get rather hot at night, but that is just one of those things when staying near water. Some eggs or something warm might be a nice addition at breakfast, perhaps? The pastries are delicious, but we could certainly have eaten more!"

"Petit déjeuner très copieux. La jeune hôtesse est très sympathique et très agréable. Elle n'a pas hésité à mettre à notre disposition un étage de son réfrigérateur ce qui nous a permis de prendre des repas sur sa terrasse. L'environnement de cet ancien moulin a gardé ce qui fait son charme, son bief, l'eau qui coule .... et un calme absolu !"

"Wij hebben hier 6 dagen gelogeerd en werden hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw en haar gezin. Een langdurig verblijf hier is aan te bevelen qua lokatie en bezienswaardigheden in de nabije omgeving. Het Franse ontbijt was goed. De gastvrouw was hulpvaardig bij vragen van ons en ook uit zichzelf."

"The house is situated in a quiet part of Montoison away from town centre but suited us as close to family member we visited with a couple of small shops nearby. The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated and well equipped with dishwasher microwave and washing machine and free WiFi. We loved the patio furniture so we could eat outside or gather together. Excellent shower and washstand with separate toilet. We bought our own food. The host provided coffee tea butter and jam. Our host was very agreeable and eager to meet our needs on the phone and in person. We arrived after the check in time due to rail and roadworks so had to fetch the key from a lockbox . We met our host in person on the day we checked out and found her to be equally lovely in person"

"Very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Great location on the edge of the ‘new’ town (new, as in only 700 years old!) and easily walkable to old walled Cité. On street parking opposite apartment and secure underground parking in nearby square. Carcassonne is breathtaking and this is a great base from which to explore"

"The property is very well situated on a residential street with a gated driveway, about 10 minutes walk to a bakery and local shops, and another 10 minutes to the beach. It is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and it was great to have the utility room with washer/dryer, and a secure room to keep bikes."
