The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need, could literally cook dinner for 8 no problem! Bed are comfy and a good shower. Handy 10 minute walk to the station, 15 minutes to Eurostar."

"We had a wonderful stay at Château Montabert. The château itself is absolutely beautiful — full of character and charm. Our host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Despite very little notice, she kindly prepared a delicious three-course meal for us, which was a real highlight. Breakfast the following morning was equally impressive, with excellent food and drink sourced locally (some from within the grounds of the Chateau). The room was very comfortable, with a superb bed and genuinely excellent pillows. All in all, a fantastic stay. We would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend Château Montabert to anyone looking for a special and welcoming place to stay."
