"Absolutely incredible apartment!!! Modern in decoration has everything you could need for a wonderful stay in balaruc, so much so we are booking again for next year!! Perfect location, within walking distance to all the bars/restaurants and waterfront. Marine is very helpful, and communication is very fast and efficient."

"Appartement très bien situé. Les thermes, le bord de l’étang, les commerces et restaurants sont accessibles à pied. L’appartement est très propre, très bien équipé et proche d’un parking gratuit. Les contacts avec les gérants étaient par messages, aimables et professionnels."

"En entrant dans la ville, j'ai ressenti la fraîcheur de l'air. Intriguée par les nombreuses maisons à flanc de montagne, j'ai découvert que mon appartement s'y trouvait également, à seulement dix minutes en bus. Ce n'est qu'une fois arrivée en montagne que j'ai réalisé que le centre-ville s'y trouvait aussi. On se serait cru en Suisse ! L'air de la montagne était comme une source d'oxygène purifié, vif et doux, frais et vivifiant pour mes poumons ; respirer était un véritable plaisir. À chaque inspiration profonde, toute mon anxiété se dissipait doucement dans cet air pur, ne laissant place qu'à la sérénité. La fatigue et les soucis s'évaporaient à chaque respiration. L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée, avec deux fenêtres donnant sur la rue, mais il est très calme. La chambre est propre et confortable, et la rue piétonne est à une minute à pied. N'hésitez pas, choisissez cet endroit !😀😀"

"A wonderful home in the heart of Alsace! We visited the house for a week and had an incredible vacation! The host greeted us with compliment -a BRUT wine, a traditional dessert and a bread. The house is very spacious and was the perfect choice for a group of 7 people- 4 adults and 3 children. Very cozy and peaceful. It was very clean. The location is very suitable if you want to visit Colmar, Kaysersberg, Eguisheim, Ribeuville and Riquewihr. We even visited Strasbourg, Europa Park and Freiburg. ❤️😍🫶🏻 I recommend!"

A good 30 mins walk to St Luneau beach down a country lane. A great holiday for us and Remy who looks after the property was very attentive."
