"Le logement, spacieux, bien agencé et parfaitement équipé, a visiblement bénéficié d'une récente rénovation. Le propriétaire est un homme accueillant, accommodant et attentif. À moins de 100m, sur la place en contrebas, vous trouverez une boulangerie, deux restaurants et un snack friterie. Le quartier du Terne de la Haye jouit d'une situation centrale dans la ville de Fumay et d'une très belle vue vers l'Orient, plus particulièrement vers l'église Saint-Georges et son clocher de 76 mètres."

"Difficile d'accès, le GPS n'avait pas reconnu l'adresse. Une personne du quartier heureusement nous avait bien renseigné. Et surtout accès en voiture particulièrement difficile voir périlleux - impasses nombreuses, rue étroites..."
