"Lovely friendly staff, great location to ski in and out and great value for money. Comfortable clean room."

"I didn’t use the sauna, pool etc so can’t comment on those. Breakfast options were quite limited but they did the job."

"Large comfortable room with a lovely view over the pool to the mountains. The staff were very helpful and let us check in early. The dinner and breakfast, although it was a buffet, was excellent except for the coffee"

"Really spacious two-story family room, amazing view from the window. Comfortable beds, good linen. We stayed just one night, but overall it was a comfortable stay. Very welcoming and friendly staff."

"A small fridge would be nice to have, since it is a small village and people have to buy some food for hiking in advance. Also a teapot or coffee maker would be a plus. But in general, everything was fine."

"Great location with a huge room. Very clean and more modern than other hotels in Pralong. Breakfast was limited to cook your own eggs and pancakes with some continental options. I would have expected more cooked options but overall a nice and comfortable stay."

"My parents had to stay in a separate hotel due to availability of rooms but when we arrived it was actually a 2 bedroom duplex which could have easily slept 4 so it was a shame it wasn’t advertised as this on the website as it was extra hassle and cost."

"Salle de restauration spacieuse, grand choix de petit déjeuner, nous avons également dîner au restaurant de l’hotel c’était très bien. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Personnel très attentionné. Nous retournerons sûrement."

"Breakfasts are always good at B&B, our favourite French hotel. I left my coat in the wardrobe, we were just about drive off from the car park when a young woman, probably the chambermaid, came running out with it. I was so grateful, it was getting cold. Please thank her for me."

"The room was exactly as expected, there was everything we needed for our weekend stay. The room and en suite and kitchenette were clean and tidy. Plenty of bits for tea and coffee and the fridge was quite handy to keep our evening cheese and meats and some milk in. Location was lovely and though our room didn't look directly over the water we could see it from the room. The roller shutter on the window was great for keeping the early morning sunshine out. There was plenty of free parking nearby the hotel. Breakfast was brilliant and there was plenty of choice. The breakfast room/cafe/bar had lovely views. Staff were friendly and helpful, the gentleman working in the breakfast room was exceptionally cheerful and helpful!"
