"Josie went out of her way to make my stay perfect. I was visiting only for a few nights due to working locally but her generosity and care really helped put me at ease. The gite was spacious, clean and really well presented. It would certainly suit a large family. If I am ever travelling this way again I will absolutely look at booking in. Thank you Josie!"

"Bij aankomst heette Josie ons welkom. Dat is persoonlijker dan een sleutelkastje. Er lag een baguette, home made confiture en een paar eitjes. We vonden dat heel gastvrij en attent."

"Du fait de la chaleur, nous n'avons pas pu apprécier le soleil de la journée. Pas de climatisation, donc, on refroidit à l'ancienne. Un Bémol pour la région et non pas la propriété, le manque de bornes électriques si vous avez un véhicule EV. Par contre, à 30 minutes, dans toutes les directions, il y a moyen de pouvoir recharger. Mais il faut bien repérer les lieux . Sinon, c'est un endroit des plus agréables. Vu le temps, une piscine aurait été la bienvenue"
"Accueil très chaleureux de Josie. Présents de bienvenue : confitures maison, broyé du Poitou, baguette fraîche, vin rosé, oeufs frais des poules de la propriétaire que nous avons dégusté à la coque. A disposition également dosettes de café et tisanes. Je recommande ce gîte."

"De host was enorm vriendelijk. We hebben een upgrade gehad op ons verblijf en we kregen een doosje met zelf verbouwde groente. Heel attent. Het is een fijn verblijf met jonge kinderen. Er is ruimte om buiten te spelen op het terrein."

"Incredible value for money, great location and clean Having to pay extra for towels and bed linen is not ideal but it is mentioned on booking and I have since found out it is more common than I thought. If renting a car I would be careful parking in garage as it’s tight and wouldn’t be surprised if someone accidentally scratches. Didn’t happen to use though just a heads up In total could sleep 8 at a slight squeeze due to double bunk bed and 2 sofa beds"

"We had a fantastic family holiday in this authentic and well-maintained chalet. Each family had their own bathroom, and the space was generous and well-equipped, leaving us wanting for nothing. Great value for money! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare healthy meals without any hassle. The location was also ideal—a short walk to the Olympic Gondola, making it easy to reach Méribel and enjoy the slopes. The host was very responsive, quick to reply to messages, and flexible with check-in and check-out times, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!"

"The location is excellent, opposite the gardens and a few minutes walk to the town or Belle-Isle. The apartment is beautifully appointed with everything you could need. Quiet building with parking. The hosts kept us informed and gave us more than one number to call if we had problems. Access was easy, the key easy to locate and we loved being there."
