Lovely welcome, water and biscuits in the room, spotlessly clean and everything nicely provided, we used the immaculate kitchen to make a meal and had use of the swimming pool. Set in a beautiful rural location, the local town Bazas is 15 mins away and has just about everthing that you could need. Thank you to our hosts and what a pleasure to stay with you"

"Very welcoming hosts, the room was clean if a little small with shared bathroom next door. liked that there was a comfortable lounge/dining room and terraced area at the entrance to the property and a very well equipped, if a little compact, shared kitchen. The swimming pool was very welcome after a hot day's drive."

"We really appreciated everything, from the spontaneous warm welcome and disponibility of our hosts, the comfort of our bedrooms, the spotless bathroom and the shared kitchen and sitting room. The welcome pack in each room was an unexpected plus, as was the well equipped kitchen with its coffee machine. We extended our stay to 3 nights and would have been delighted to have stayed even longer. There was a lovely relaxed ambiance with shared conversations with the other guests around the huge communal dining table on the terrace. This is a place to be highly recommended, very quiet but not far from the motorway and within 20 minutes of the vineyards of the Graves and Sauternes areas."

"Nothing, apart from the fact that our visit was too early in the year to appreciate the swimming pool. It looked so tempting but the recent cold and windy weather made it too challenging for us."

"J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour d’une dizaine de jours aux Coquelicots, où l’accueil des hôtes fut particulièrement chaleureux et bienveillant. Le logement comporte tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour très agréable, et les aménagements sont très confortables. J’y retournerai sans hésiter, si possible en été pour pouvoir profiter de la magnifique piscine."
