"The host was very helpful and provided all the key information before our arrival. The instructions were easy to follow. The property is in an excellent location, central to all the activities in Menton. There is a large double bed in the main bedroom with am ample size closet and a double sofa bed (very comfortable) in the living room. For 2 adults it was the perfect size. The kitchen has everything you need, including a washing machine but no dishwasher (we ate out all the time so not needed)."

"Due to the property's great central location and proximity to road/beach, it is incredibly noisy all day and night. Anyone using the living room sofa bed would definitely need ear plugs. Small additions that could make the property even better would be: large mirror in living room so those staying on sofa bed could get ready outside main bedroom/small bathroom; replace the small TV stand with a small chest of drawers to house clothes for anyone using the living room as 2nd bedroom."

"Perfect apartment with a gorgeous view of the plage des sablettes. Well equipped and very close to the main attractions of Menton. Air conditioning was a lifesaver for escaping the summer heat. Orlane was brilliant and very friendly."

"Mit viel Liebe ausgestattetes Apartment mit allem was man braucht. Blick auf das Meer. Lage am Sablettes Strand. Parkhaus in der Nähe. Netter Kontakt zur Gastgeberin."

"Appartement très fonctionnel avec une très jolie vue sur mer idéalement situé : proximité de la plage, d' un parking (12 euros la journée),en plein centre du vieux menton avec ses commerces et ses restaurants.. Communication facile via WhatsApp avec la propriétaire très réactive."

"Świetne usytuowanie, na Starym Mieście, blisko do plaży i pozostałych atrakcji. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament, ma wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty i wyposażenie łącznie z pralką i zmywarką."

"Appartment has a great view from the terrace and short walking distance to the village of Port Grimaud and the beach. Kitchen is very well equipped, linen are available on request for a reasonable price. We always received a prompt owner´s feedback on our inquiries."

"Location was directly across the road from the chairlift. 30secs walk. Very spacious. Unbelievable views from our balcony. The beds were really comfortable, living area was really spacious. It's the first ski trip where I've wanted to book the accommodation again straight away for next years trip. Great boot room also."

"1. Very good Wi-Fi (and it's our first apartment in France where Wi-Fi password is provided in the simplest way ever - by QR code 😍 2. Very nice owner - she remember to secure stairs with baby gates for our small kid 3. Private parking place next to the apartment 4. Great garden with plenty of items for children (bicycles, darts, toy blocks, books and many, many more) 5. Quite comfortable mattres (at least the one on the double bed 😉) 6. "The location is very good. The apartment in the Gite was very confortable, the owners take care of every detail. It is a beautiful manor house converted in 4 appartments, but good isolated from each other. There are also some B&B rooms. There is a beautiful swimming pool, great for the summer, with fantastic views to the mountains. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We can recommend this Gite without any doubt. We will definitely come back."

"on initial arrival at our booked apartment - keys in the lock box were stuck! it would not open. Promptly after a call to MyCasa assistance arrived to help us. The apartment was not as per the images/ sea view required angling head out of window/ no aircon/ soiled towels & arm chair. Upon discussion our concerns were listened to & we were offered another apartment in a different location, which had aircon/ was a clean & modern duplex located in a nice area with lots of bars & restaurants. MyCasa were helpful and did call us later that day to ensure we were satisfied with our new apartment, they offered excellent customer service."
