"Breakfast was as stated - Continental - and more. Ad lib coffee/tea; croissant, bread, jams, fresh fruit, yoghurt and fresh orange juice. Beautifully presented - sat outside on our first morning in glorious sunshine and inside on two damp mornings. Beautifully attended to by David"

"Peaceful countryside location, genial hosts, comfortable room, filtered water provided. The room had a sink also. Lovely shower room, bidet inc. good towels and toiletries. Sitting room downstairs with table / television etc."

"If others had been in house would have needed dressing gowns to get to bathroom facilities. Not ‘ensuite’. No tea ,coffee facilities in room."

"We enjoyed the peace and calm of the property’s beautiful rural situation and it’s extensive garden. We like the house itself which was built in the local stone typical of the Périgord Noir."

"Its beautiful, somewhat isolated situation meant that it was quite difficult to find, but that is not the fault of the property itself! The property owners gave prior advice about finding the property which was invaluable."

"Lieu incroyable, le paradis....un accueil par David hyper sympa et généreux. La maison est magnifique, la literie de celles qu'on aimerait ramener dans le coffre. Le jardin avec sa mare, son étang baignable, son orme pluricentenaire, sa prairie naturelle...le calme et la sérénité au milieu d'une région d'une richesse culturelle et d'une beauté rare. Pour un week-end ou une semaine, n'hésitez pas, rapport qualité prix absolument imbattable."
