"Le couloir d'accès, si il était rénové comme l’appartement ce serait top. Mais on ne fait que le traverser donc ce n’est vraiment pas le plus important.."

"Gute Lage, direkt am Beginn der zentralen Innenstadt - Straße. Ohne Frühstück gebucht, durch die Lage war sogar am Sonntag das Frühstück kein Problem (Patisserie geöffnet),"

"Es war keine Bettwäsche für das Schlafsofa vorhanden. Diese wurde erst gegen 23:00 nach mehrmaliger Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter geliefert und das Schlafsofa war bereit. Meine Frau war not amused."

"Petit Studio très confortable et moderne parfaitement adapté aux cours séjours. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire très gentille. Nous avons pu profiter de la très belle terrasse et du jardin au coucher de soleil. Le studio est parfaitement équipé et la literie très confortable. Tout était parfait!"

"The apartment is small but perfect. I travelled alone but even for a couple it is perfectly adequate. Clean! Everything you could possibly need, well stocked cupboards with various appliances if you want to cook yourself. A quiet area but easy to get to shops and walk for about 25-30 mins and you are in Monte-Carlo with all the shops and casino and theatre. I loved my stay. Through my own silliness I did not understand how to open the lockbox where the keys were but even though in a meeting at work the host answered my messages straight away and sorted me out with the help of Google translate on my end. I would highly recommend this property as a base for exploring the area. I would also highly recommend due to the cleanliness and amenities provided at such a reasonable price."

"The apartment is very cozy. The hosts are friendly, responsive, and attentive. A car can be parked just next to the entrance door. The parking fee is 1h per hour from 9 am till 19pm (free on Sunday). The location is great for exploring Lyon by car as almost all museums and parks are within 15-20 minutes. There is independent heating in each room that can be switched on if needed. The appartement was very clean. I am especially thankful for several coffee capsules left - you made my mornings. We were for Easter weekend and the flat was nicely decorated. The view is very nice over green hills, Basilique Notre-Dame and Saône river."

"Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans l'appartement 14. L'appartement a été récemment rénové et décoré avec amour, mais également très soigneusement entretenu et très, très propre. C'est la chose la plus importante pour nous. Il y a deux niveaux. En bas, lits et canapé pour 4 personnes, à l'étage un paradis pour les enfants: petites portes, plafond bas, toilettes privées ! Notre fils aîné a toujours apprécié son séjour à l'étage, il était allongé dans son lit fatigué après ses aventures de surf en mer ! Nous reviendrons certainement à l'appartement 14, ça vaut le coup !!"
