"Excellent communication (in French) with friendly hosts Muriel and Christophe, who live a few km away but came to the apartment to show us round and offer tips about where to eat etc. Apartment was spotless and very well equipped if you plan to self-cater. Lots of crockery, glassware, cutlery, pans etc. Proper oven, induction hob and microwave. Comfortable beds, quiet location, electric shutters gave effective black-out at night. Big TV with cinema speakers, games and selection of books. Fast wi-fi. All Collioure's attractions are within easy walking distance, and the beach is literally at the end of a short street. Only possible negative is that the apartment is a third floor walk-up, so perhaps not suitable for some older or less mobile folk. Highly recommended. "The location is excellent. Easy walking to shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. All within 5 - 10 minutes. Parking is nearby and is secure. The apartment is well supplied and has two comfortable bedrooms and a third room suitable for children or teenagers. The kitchen has everything you need for self catering. Everything was beautifully clean. Our hosts Christophe and Muriel communicated well, and were there to welcome us on our arrival. They were very patient with our french speaking!"

"The apartment is on the top floor which provides privacy, but could be difficult for those with mobility issues as there is no.lift. It was not a problem for us. There is restricted height in the shower."
