Le logis de Valandraud is set in a vineyard, a 10-minute drive from the centre of the famous wine-producing town of Saint-Emilion. It features a garden with a furnished terrace . "The view of the vineyards and hills was quite exceptions with the added bonus of a balcony having table and chairs. The breakfast was simple but a very good variety given the size of the hotel. The common room was exceptionally comfortable, modern, and clean, also with an exceptional view of the vineyards. A washer and dryer for use by guests was another very convenient feature."
"Kitchen privileges might be considered a plus but the cooking odors from other guests became overwhelming and drifted up into our room. There should be stricter rules about using the kitchen (please, no fish in the microwave!) including required use of the exhaust fan and closure of kitchen doors."
