"Der Garten des Hauses ist ein kleines Schmuckstück, das Haus selbst hat ebenfalls einen ganz speziellen Charme mit seinen alten Möbelstücken und seiner Bauweise versetzt es einen in eine andere Epoche. Jedes Schlafzimmer und der Wohnbereich sind klimatisiert und es gibt sogar Moskitonetze (nicht ohne Grund). Der Ein Pool im Garten ist schon besonders! Die Lage des Hauses erlaubt es, die Innenstadt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Trotzdem ist es ruhig und abgeschieden. Durch die hohen Bäume ist der Garten vor zu starker Sonneneinstrahlung geschützt."
