"Je recommande sans hésiter cet appartement. Les échanges avec l'hôte sont clairs et réactifs. L'appartement est très propre. Très agréablement surpris de toutes les attentions prises pour notre arrivée. Musique, lumières allumées, bougies, petit déjeuner très copieux (et de qualité) prêt pour le lendemain matin. J'avais une question sur l'utilisation de la climatisation; l'hôte m'a répondu dans la seconde. Jacuzzi au top. Literie très confortable. Nous avons passé un merveilleux réveillon de la St Sylvestre. Encore merci à Emilie!"

"I really like this area of Paris near the triumphal arches. The apartment is stylish and cosy, easy to relax in, with a generous number of amenities. The TV is huge, there's a Google Home to play music through, and finding the raclette grill was exciting- especially when there are lots of great bakeries, butchers, and grocers in the neighbourhood. It's a 20 minute walk from Gare du Nord or to a number of great spots, and just a couple minutes from a metro station that connects to three lines. Being ground floor was also convenient considering some other places in Paris have very tall and tight staircases."
