"Logement tel qu’indiqué il y a tout le nécessaire très pratique et aucun soucis lors du séjour .idéalement placé pour découvrir la région et pour se promener à pied dans Caen .quartier calme,pas de soucis de stationnement rien à redire reviendrons avec plaisir Un petit plus très apprécié le café gentiment mis à disposition car nous n’avons pas toujours le même équipement La terrasse très appréciée pour le café et même le repas Point d’ancrage pour les visites sur la Normandie Vraiment très bien merci"

"L’appartement se trouve aux pieds des pistes et très bien équipé"
"We stayed here for a couple of days and really enjoyed the location. So many facilities within walking distance: food halls, bakery, restaurants. The house itself is very well equipped and has a large garden. Contact with the owners was excellent. We would definitely come back."

"The property is conveniently located a short walk from Bolivar metro but we used Jaures as it was better served by connecting trains and only a 7 min walk along an attractive street with lots of lovely patisseries and food shops. There are numerous neighborhood restaurants and bars nearby and Belleville is only a short walk in the opposite direction. The property contains 4 double rooms (one with an en-suite shower and sink) flats with this many bedrooms is unusual to find in central Paris and it was reasonably priced. It also has a sweet patio area off one of the bedrooms"
