"Emplacement idéal, grande terrasse ensoleillée et au calme, lave linge, lave vaisselle, appartement spacieux et lumineux"

"On sent un manque d’investissement dans cet appartement (visiblement en vente…), le mobilier est à changer: literie, mobilier extérieur, chaises du salon qui s’effritent ++. Ménage à approfondir (cheveux des précédents locataires), évier SDB bouché. C’est dommage car appartement grand, lumineux et à la situation idéale, mais il manque le côté cosy et remis au goût du jour."

"L’espace et l’agencement intérieur de l’appartement: la partie nuit, la cuisine équipée avec salle télé séparée , les 2 salles de bain, les 2 toilettes à l’extérieur : la vaste terrasse La localisation dans Calvi ( sans voiture) La piscine Le calme et le standing de la résidence"

"L’absence de climatisation, en partie compensée par les nombreux ventilateurs !"

"table terrasse en plastique trop léger et bouge dès qu'on s'accoude pas de pied adapté pour le parasol... manque un meuble dans une des chambres pour poser quelques vêtements propreté limite..."

"Appartement correspondant totalement à l'annonce. Propre. Sentait le produit de ménage. Sanitaire rien a rediire . Literie très correct pour 1 lit canapé ! Nous avions amené nos coussins et draps. Nous navons donc pas pris les kits. Nous n'avons pris aucun repas sur place."

"Location location location! If you’re headed to any Cannes festival at the Palais or just want to be right where the party is, this is the place to be. What’s more, this room is on the back side of the building on the third floor so it’s super quiet even when people are still out. I brought earplugs and didn’t even need them. The air conditioner works GREAT and the bed is comfy. Perfect amount of space for one person, more than that you might feel cramped with your luggage because there isn’t much storage space. I would gladly stay here again. Staff was wonderful and met me right on time at the room to give me my key, and made sure everything was up and running (wifi, air con) before leaving which I appreciated."
