"Magnifique bâtisse avec de grandes pièces idéales pour les groupes. Chaque chambre dispose d’une salle d’eau avec sanitaire. Le salon et la cuisine sont très bien équipés. Chris est adorable, très serviable et disponible. La forêt est accessible à pied depuis la maison. Plusieurs départs de chemins de randonnée."

"The apartment is beautiful - located in a historic buiding. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. upon arrival we found delicious breakfast items in the fridge and a generous supply of L'or coffe capsules. Private parking was most appreciated in central Le Mans. The central heating was progammed to remian on during the cold snap - so it was lovely and warm upon our arrival. The owner is incredibly thoughtful - everything was provided for - Bravo!"

"Excellent location at the walking distance from the Part Dieu train station (and shopping mall with Monoprix and Carrefour supermarkets for self catering) and Rhonexpress tram to the airport. Nearby there is also the tram T1 stop which takes you towards the city center (in combination with metro). Excellent interaction with the owner: even if we didn't meet him in person, he has sent us on time detailed instructions how to enter the apartment (door code). Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. WiFi OK."
