"the staff was very helpful and nice. as we were passing through the city the fact that the hotel was not located in the most picturesque area did not matter. however, there was a (free public) bus taking us straight into the (beautiful) city centre in 25min right outside the hotel entrance. we enjoyed our stay."

"This is a comfortable and clean hotel on the outskirts of the beautiful city of Nancy! The rooms are fresh and modern with comfortable beds and pillows. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The ability to mirror screen your device to the TV in the room makes it nice and easy to view movies in your preferred language. The hotel itself continues with the modern theme and has a lovely outside area that I imagine during the summer months would be amazing to sit and relax. EV charging is available on site and only costs €10 euros for a charging session regardless of how much charge you need."

"This review could have easily hit a 9 on the score. However, it has some frustrating downsides that annoyed us during the stay. The hotel offers breakfast, but at nearly €20 per person, it feels a bit like daylight robbery. A short walk round the corner, you will find cheaper options or save it for the beautiful cafes in Nancy. The main frustration with this hotel for our stay is that they started maintenance work on the room below ours before 7.30 in the morning, and the noise continued all the way till we checked out at 10am this not only caused an early wake up but was a noisy and frustrating way to start your morning. In our room 414, it definitely had an issue with the sink drains as every time you used the sink in the bathroom the smell that came back through was a bit on the strong side."

"You can't go wrong with a Novotel. Always clean and tidy. Restaurant and food were very good and there is a nice bar if you like a beer like me. Outside space available to eat / drink, but watch out for the wasps lol."

"Good hotel near to the highway with a good restaurant. Nice room, sufficient equipped, very good breakfast buffet."

"Airco in the room i sufficient, too hot and system to cool down did not work. Window open helped for fresh air but also brought noise of the traffic. Point for improvement."

"The pool was lovely - great size and loads of loungers to relax after our long drive. The were nice pubs and restaurants easily walkable from the hotel. A giant Auchan is a couple of minutes away. Staff were friendly, hotel was clean, water refill station near the lifts."

"The room was a little small for 4 people. We were just there one night, breaking up a long drive from Surrey to Zurich, so it didn't matter that much. All the beds were pretty much touching to squeeze them in."

"Friendly staff, great room with comfy beds, air con and lovely Rituals products in bathroom. Parking s next to the hotel which is fenced and locked at night. All is top notch and would highly recommend to anyone."
