"A very clean modern apartment with an excellent parking garage. Silvie met us outside the apartment block at the time we said we would arrive. We chose the area as being easy to get to and to walk into La Rochelle. Claude, the owner, advised us on local restaurants though we mostly ate in as we like cooking and were going to stay in hotels after, so would eat out then. It was peasant to go for an evening walk to the coast after eating. A very enjoyable 6 night stay."

"La qualité des prestations, l'accueil (vin et eau fraîche), la modernité du logement, les 2 places parking en sous-sol, les 2 chambres avec salle de bain chacune, le dressing, le grand canapé du salon, le lit extralarge de la chambre parentale, excellente literie, etc Très contents de notre choix pour le séjour à la Rochelle. Un grand merci aux propriétaires, nous avons beaucoup aimé la qualité de notre communication et votre gentillesse."

"Tout. Appartement très spacieux lumineux et confortable. Tout est parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes ou 2 couples et tout est de qualité. Merci de vos attentions [ vin, eau ...]et de vos prestations . Tout est fourni vous n'avez qu'à poser vos valises et vos courses. En plus l'appartement reste frais en cas de forte chaleur. Vraiment super je recommande vivement"
