"The property is in walking distance to Valognes centre, 5 - 10 minute walk to the bars and restaurants. 5 minutes from the church. Market day Friday, 5 minute walk. The property is very clean and modern, but suits its traditional surroundings, very little noise, I left Velux window open all night. No facility in the room for Tea or Coffee in room, but I discovered at breakfast there is a kitchen with Coffee machine and snack facility. Didn't bother me this time but I'll know for next time. If had read the information on my room I would have known! Parked car on the road, some 40m from the hotel, free of charge."

"If I had to pick one fault the window by the bed had net curtains and no main curtain. I like to sleep in dark room, however the comfort of the bed ensured that I had a good night sleep. The wife would have liked it!!"

"Beautiful room with a small balcony on the first floor on the corner. Access to the building and the room with a code. Staff only on site between 8am and 11am but there is a phone number othat call in case of emergencies. We liked the kitchen facilities and the personal fridge that you access with your room card. We were able to get a take away from the local Italian restaurant and bring it back to eat even though it was a public holiday and difficult to get a restaurant that was open. Very pleasant stay for one night. We would stay again if we are in the area."

"It was all good but we got a room with a bath when we didn’t choose that option. My husband has mobility issues and while the room with bath may have been an upgrade possibly, it wasn’t ideal for him in the morning. It was a lovely room though."

"Could not make the wifi code work, water from the shower made the bathroom floor wet, which had to be moped up. It would have been nice to have a heated towel rail, towels did not dry each day."
