"The location was very convenient and the room was clean. Even though the space was not big enough, everything needed was in the room."

"There was a smell coming from toilet but I’m not sure what can be done more since it seems like it was more related to the building infrastructure. We kept the toilet door closed and it was manageable. Check out time was 10:30 am in the welcoming sheet at the room but it’s actually 10:00 am. That needs to be corrected to minimize misunderstanding."

"The location was perfect and the room was clean and organised. The apartment is equipped with every comfort. There is AC, TV and a Nespresso coffee machine (which is quite a bonus point for Italians travelling in France). Overall I would recommend it, but I would suggest booking a luggage storage/ locker."

"The only problem we had regarded the check in. Indeed we landed in Nice at 10 am and we had luggages, but the host told us we could not leave them in the house before 3pm. We tried to explain our situation and at the end at 13 we were able to leave the luggages in the studio ( with the cleaning lady inside). Basically we had to walk around the city for two hours carrying backpacks and suitcases around"

"Lo studio è curato in ogni minimo dettaglio: kit di pronto soccorso, assorbenti e tampax, crema corpo, mini asse da stiro, dischetti struccanti, alcune bevande fresche e molto altro. Tutto è nuovo ed estremamente pulito, lavatrice compresa, che è profumata e silenziosa. Le decorazioni presenti sono davvero di gusto e ti fanno sentire a casa. La posizione è molto comoda e si trova anche facilmente parcheggio nelle vicinanze. La cordialità e la disponibilità dell’host completano questo quadro perfetto."

"La porta d’entrata dello studio è davvero molto difficile da aprire. Ci vuole forza ed è necessario qualche tentativo per entrare. Inoltre, l’assenza delle zanzariere rende quasi impossibile aprire le finestre senza che qualche insetto entri nell’appartamento."
