"The location was convenient for shops and cafés, as well as the tram. Less than 10 minutes to walk to the cathedral. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything I needed to make light meals. It was easy to work in the dining room, and the wifi worked well."

"Perhaps more dishwasher tablets. The dishwasher was a bit smelly when I first opened it but was fine after running it on a hot cycle empty. Better information about where to put the rubbish as well as what (and where) to recycle would have been helpful."

"Responsiveness to questions. Fixed problems. Excellent service. They provided a replacement to the broken fan on the same day. It had everything we needed including a shopping cart, umbrella, TV, wifi etc."

"The location of the keys, was 1 km away from the property. And we couldn't return it to a closer spot. The fan didn't work. Although it was replaced, we could have used another one in the lounge. We couldn't locate the rubbish bins easily. Had to bring rubbish through the lift to the outside bins."

"the apartment was in a really good location very close to the Port de l’Hôpital tram stop and very close to the Science app. Easy access to the main île with the tram or a short walk. Well furnished and very cozy. The pick up process with the keys is also very simple"
