"The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Nice views to the city."

"The bedroom heating was not working. We informed reception, and only after three phone calls was a technician sent. He confirmed there was a problem but did not resolve it. We requested a room change and were forced to go down to reception to repeat the entire issue. After multiple back-and-forths, we were finally offered another room on the same floor. We had to pack and move our luggage ourselves; no assistance was offered. Service at the Crayon Bar and Restaurant was extremely unprofessional. We waited one hour and twenty minutes just to receive a drink. Breakfast was chaotic and poorly organized, with food crowded together in a messy presentation. The selection consisted mostly of ultra-processed items, with little to no fresh food available."

"The check in staff, in particular Nicholas, were excellent and very helpful."

"No complaints."

"Amazing view over Lyon. Helpful staff. Very handy for rail station Part Dieu"

"Difficult to find the way in!"
