"Comfort of the bed. Quietness at night. location near Philharmonie. Friendly staff helped with knowing English. Cleanliness of room. Good shower."

"Answering of door at initial check-in was slow. Flights of stairs to room necessary in this building."

"Facilities were basic but spotlessly clean, bed was very comfortable, located very close to Metro line 5. Price was excellent. If all you need is a clean, comfortable room in an easy to reach location this hotel is perfect."

"The location was very convenient, just 5minute from the metro station and the neighborhood was quiet at night. The room was also cleaned on a daily basis which was very much appreciated."

"It felt a bit unsafe but I didn't experience anything unpleasant. There's no elevator but i was on the first floor so i didn't have to go up and down . However every morning i would wake up to the sounds of footsteps or from cleaning happening above me."

"Best value for your money accommodation. The room you need for a small stay in Paris. Clean rooms and polite and helpful staff."

"No breakfast, location fabulous for travelling on the metro. Line 5 links to all lines and stations necessary to move easily around Paris."

"Room size a little bigger, elevator, fridge, would have made it better. But we were on a budget as we were staying in Europe for 8 weeks, you get what you pay for. We got value for our money."

"Relatively quiet location with good métro connections"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Résidence Hoche in Paris and are extremely grateful for the excellent service. The hotel conditions were great, with our room being cleaned daily, trash taken out, and fresh towels provided in the bathroom. What truly made our experience special was the exceptional help from the receptionist. On our last day, we were at risk of missing our flight and he went above and beyond to assist us. Despite us leaving our luggage at the hotel, he personally carried it to the metro station, saving us at least 20 minutes of valuable time. This kind gesture was crucial as we needed to catch the last train to the airport. We are incredibly thankful for the outstanding service and will definitely recommend this hotel to others!"
