"L'absence de point d'eau pour la petite vaisselle (pas évident dans le lavabo) et d'une petite cafetière. C'est vrai qu’après être retourné voir sur le descriptif il n'est pas précisé "cuisine" mais il serait peut être bien d'insister sur cette absence et indiquer "chambre" et non "studio". Malgré ce petit désagrément avons passé un bon séjour, mais pour la petite différence de tarif si je reviens je réserverai le "Riva Home ou Lodge" ; manque aussi un parasol pour la terrasse pour pouvoir encore mieux l'apprécier."

"Endroit calme à la campagne. Lit très confortable. Studio spacieux. Etablissement très récent compte tenu des travaux de décor. Climatisation. Grande terrasse avec vue sur des vignes et la forêt, au loin. Situation géographique pour visiter des châteaux et le zoo de Beauval (6 minutes en auto). Parking gratuit."
"Absence d'un évier pour faire la vaisselle. Le lavabo et le robinet ne sont pas adaptés pour ce genre de prestation. Manque de place côté mini "cuisine". Pas de placard pour ranger ses vêtements. Juste, 4 crochets pour mettre quelques vestes. Tarif élevé pour ce studio. Le nom du studio différent du nom de la place de parking."

"There is everything to like about the property is in the perfect location. It has all the facilities you need is large, spacious and a good kitchen. There is a good fast lift. You are literally in minutes walk of the Best sites, restaurants , markets and the bridge. The owners are the most helpful with come across in months of travel. They go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience."

"Watch your head when taller than 170! The last staircase is extremely low and I smashed my head heavily. There is no prior warning though. Great location, nice house, well equiped, within easy reach of restaurants and to and from ways. Nicely decorated in a minimalistic style."

Also a convenient supermarket in Nevez for all shopping needs. Not far to many places of interest e.g. Pont Aven and Quimper. A quiet area. Good outside space. Pleased to have a bbq. Easy to reach the coastal path for lovely walking."
"Die Lage mit Blick auf die Hafeneinfahrt in Concarneau war einfach toll. Zu Fuß war der Bac und auch ein Bäcker in 5 min erreichbar, genauso der Küstenwanderweg GR34."
