"L'équipement est plutôt moderne, joli petit studio, propre, hôte réactif. Il y a 2 dosettes de café (mais un petit plateau de courtoisie avec thé, sucre etc serait un gros plus.)"
"La porte laisse passé le bruit, le froid de l'escalier et la lumière qui n'arrête pas de s'allumer sur le palier. Dommage il faudrait ajouter quelque chose sur le bas de la porte pour limiter cela."

"Super appartement, en haut d'un ancien escalier en colimaçon. Spacieux, confortable et calme. Tres bien équipé et puis aussi quelques condiments et produits, tout ce qu'il faut pour un week end et qu'on n'a donc pas à acheter juste pour une nuit ou deux ( et c'est rare ! )"

"Pas de rideaux, il fait jour dès le matin. La porte d'entrée du bâtiment est difficile à ouvrir, il n'y a pas de technique particulière pour l'ouvrir : il faut essayer sans cesse haha. La changer serait pas mal aussi ! Logement non insonorisé, on entend beaucoup les voisins entrer ou sortir."
"A big surprise, in a neighborhood you think where did I end up. Location was silent I love that, a bit low ceiling for a big part. Bumbed my head several times. Very nice and comfy room. Nice shower, now only warm water is pretty fast used. Good internet, good bed, and of course as everywhere fluffy non supporting cushions."
"A bit more light at the entrance and stairs would be nice. If you arrive late you enter a dark cave with on small spot if light on a timer. There is some lighting but I found it a bit dangerous. But the surprise after 51 stairs is good."

"This is a recently renovated hotel + residences in the delightful town of Saint Jean de Luz. We stayed in a large Premium 2-bed, 2 bathroom apartment. The staff were excellent and helpful. The apartment was large, clean and with comfortable linens/towels etc and a full kitchen. Oddities were TWO dining/ relaxing annexes, when one was more than sufficient - the second was redundant, but perhaps the unit is sometimes split into two and sold separately. The second bedroom did not have a window, again slightly odd. The complex as a whole has a lovely swimming pool and beautifully designed grounds. It is a perhaps 10-15 minute walk from the centre of the town, which can be seen as a plus or minus, depending on how you view it! There is a small mini-market two minutes away, and a larger Carrefour 10 minutes away. If you are looking for a quiet, secluded get-away-from-it-all, this is for you."
