"Very well appointed with excllent fixtures and fittings. Bedding was exceptionally good. The welcome pack was generous and much appreciated. Location by the river was excellent and very peaceful. We enjoyed watcing the kingfishers, ducks and swifts from the terrace."

Zeer mooie lokatie aan riviertje en heerlijk om te genieten van de stilte. Strakke heldere hemel en geen vals licht zodat je de sterrenhemel goed kon zien."

"A beautifully maintained property that has been run as a family business over two generations. Fantastic rural location with a small town close by providing a limited choice of restaurants / cafes but with a true rural and local feel. The room was quirky in decoration reminisant of my early visits to France making our stay all the better for it. The well maintained pool is perfect for family visits."

"We had an amazing stay at this villa! Honestly, it looks even better in real life than in the photos. The large illuminated swimming pool was the highlight of our trip and we spent most of our time there, especially in the evenings. A huge plus for the barbecue area and the outdoor furniture — thanks to that, instead of going to restaurants every night, we could relax outside and enjoy grilling together. The communication with the lady taking care of the villa was absolutely excellent. She explained everything perfectly and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The villa may not be the newest, but it has real charm and soul. The location is also perfect — very close to the beach and a lovely local bakery nearby. We will definitely come back!"

"So much better than the bland airport hotels ! A 10min drive from the airport (or bus 47 direct), Brigitte’s house is exquisitely decorated and features two comfortable bedrooms under the roof (you just have to lean down to pass the wooden beam). Super clean, calm with a lovely garden and swimming pool. Brigitte cooked a good dinner and breakfast and I really enjoyed chatting to her. Warmly recommended!"
