"Location was superb,roof top pool with a view. Nice apartment with almost everything you need."

"No instructions on how to use microwave with there being no oven it was needed. Some lightweight fold away chairs to take the beach would have been handy."

"The apartment is very well equipped and is in a great location. It is easy to walk into the centre of Menton; the supermarket is just across the street and Menton Garavan station is a ten minute walk. It is a very comfortable apartment and has a nice terrace/patio area. This is the second time I have stayed in the apartment and it did not disappoint again."

"Light curtains in the bedroom would be nice as I prefer to not close the shutters."

"Great base to explore the Cote d’Azur. Nearish the Garavan station and close to some shops. The main bed was comfortable and the kids were happy with the bunk beds. Cute outside space. Other residents were very friendly. They let us check in early and were very accommodating with check out too. Lovely touch with a bottle of bubbles. Wifi was good too. All in all would definitely recommend."

"I didn’t realise the whole of Garavan is being developed at the moment, not the property’s fault obviously. Will be great when it’s finished, just a pity it wasn’t known before hand. Some upgrades are needed to the cutlery/knives but was well kitted out for the most part."

"This is a very high standard property in a great location. It was very clean, very well equipped and welcoming. It was amazing to have access to the rooftop pool. I couldn’t recommend this more property any higher."

"The apartment was spacious with a good courtyard for the kids to play. It was over the road from a perfect little swimming beach and a very short and lovely walk to the old town. The parking was a great asset too."

"L'emplacement est idéal...non loin de tout. Le magasin U juste en face de l'appartement. Le parking souterrain avec une place privée...mais pas facile de ressortir de la voiture une fois garée lorsque il y a d'autres voitures de chaque côté.. Netflix nous a permis de nous distraire en choisissant nos films à la carte. La communication etait un peu...bizarre,propriétaire allemande,gestionnaire anglaise et la personne qui nous a accueilli italienne...pas toujours évident de se comprendre..."

"Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Auto stand in der Garage und man musste keinen Parkplatz suchen. Auch ein Kombi passte auf den Platz, diese wohlgemerkt sehr eng sind. Die wohnung ist sehr central gelegen, die Ausstattung ist perfekt."

"le logement est agréable, la terrasse pour manger dehors est très appréciée dès qu'il fait beau. Le lit deux places est confortable, le lit pour les enfants un peu moins ( mes enfants sont un peu difficiles). La salle de bain est un peu étroite mais neuve. La pièce de vie est confortable. l'appartement est à 10-15 min à pied du centre-ville de menton, nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture. Il est également à 5 minutes à pied d'une supérette. Si vous voulez prendre le train il y a une gare à 8min à pied, très pratique pour aller au carnaval de Nice sans se prendre la tête pour garer sa voiture."

"Pour le prix j'apprécie moyennement qu'on nous demande de remplacer ce que nous avons utilisé en matière de papier toilette, sac poubelle ( j'ai laissé le rouleau que j'avais acheté), pour les tablettes nécessaires au lave-vaisselle j'avais emporté les miennes."
