"The property was had amazing views and Michael was a fantastic host. The breakfast on the terrace was amazing. We were offered drinks wine/coffee/juice on arrival and were helped with our luggage. After dinner in the town it was raining and we received a txt from our host offering us a lift back to the accommodation. The service was above and beyond. The hosts also had 3 lovely dogs. They were kept in a separate area so not intrusive in any way but we were happy to interact with the lovely furry people as well on our holiday. We couldn’t fault it."
"Nothing not to like. Just a note that there are many stairs due to the location of the property from the road, and also for the walk down to the centre of Grasse. This is necessary to achieve such spectacular views and was managed well by my spritely 78 year old mother. We took our time and as a result had no problem with this."

"It is the best place I have ever stayed. Very hospitable and caring owners, perfectly clean room and bathroom, a comfortable bed and functional, fully equipped kitchenette. Special attention is given to the beautiful garden with fancy pigeons and smart chickens. It’s located within walking distance from the centre and at the same time it’s in a green area with flying falcons around. Excellent breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea, wonderful view."

"After booking we received detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment and park. A cozy room with designer interior items. In the evening we were greeted like old friends, we had a warm and interesting conversation. In the morning we were fed a delicious and hearty breakfast with a view of the sea and Nice. "A perfect base on the Dordogne River to explore the beautiful Dordogne Valley especially the local area of the 5 castles. The house is compact and comfortable for two with everything you need for your stay. An excellent bakery and local butcher are across the road with a small grocery store. Canoeing is available 100m away and the lovely grassy and shady reserve has steps into the water and a shingle beach. We swam every day in the river and beautiful side streams where the current is low, all crystal clear. We did walks to the other castle towns through farms fields and forest, all flat and easy. A very special part of France altogether and Patrick’s cottage is perfectly positioned. Patrick is a charming host and takes a lot of trouble to ensure you have good information on the area."
