"Delphine & Sylvain are the best host. Sylvain came to greet and help bring our luggages to the second floor. It was warm welcome. The metro is right next to the building and it's very convenient to go to the centre as well as to the Opera area that has the bus to the airport. Quiet area with many nice restaurants around."

"The studio is pretty bright and cozy and location is great. Everything you may need (shops, restaurants, bank etc.) is nearby. The owner is very nice and helpful. It can be a bit noisy outside but it didn't bother us much and there is also a window to a quite courtyard."

"The location was perfect, on the first floor with the Metro, a boulangerie, a green grocery and 2 small general stores within a minute's walk. A larger supermarket was 2 minutes away, and there are several restaurants nearby. The owner was friendly and helpful, and the flat clean, comfortable and with all standard needs covered."

"There was a slight drain smell in the bathroom, but only slight and my nose is sensitive. My partner couldn't smell it."

"The flat is freshly renovated, well-equipped, and the host is very nice, responsive, and attentive to the details. The kitchen is well-equipped, the location is great, the stay was pleasant and I would be happy to stay there again, if I can afford it"

"The house itself is old and there is a smell in the stariway and also coming from the sewage. If you keep the toilet and the door closed it won't be that much of a problem, but depends on your sensitivity. The only thing I was missing was a large mirror."

"My daughter Anna was extremely happy with her stay in this flat. The owner was really nice and engaged throughout the process. Moreover, there was no problem with staying in contact. Even though the hour of arrival was very late, Sylvain came in person to give the keys and explain any details needed. The whole apartment was very clean, and the metro was almost under the window, making it easy to get to the city center. The entire surrounding area was safe and quiet too! Nearby, there is a bakery, a restaurant, and in front of the flat, there is a store open until approximately 2 am. When you turn right and go straight, you can grab a coffee from Starbucks as well! :) I have no complaints, and I would highly recommend this place to everyone (especially couples)."

"Cool, pleasant studio. Perfect for a couple. Clean apartment, equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine. A quiet, peaceful place. Close to the metro. Shops around and local restaurants. If I plan to come to Paris again, I will want to come back here. I recommend..."

"Excellent location with the metro just downstairs. The bakery is next door. The supermarket is 2 min walk. Everything is within walking distance. The host met me to hand over the keys and explained the rules. The apartment is clean and tidy. It has washing machine so even better for me. I would come back again next time. 10/10"
