"Location- 25 min walk from Eiffel Tower (managed to walk it in 20 so a lot closer than you think!) Convenience- located in a very good area with station 2min walk away (150yards) , shops, cafes, pharmacy, mosque all within a 5 min walk The house came equipped with all the necessities you need TV, WiFi,shower, kettle, iron, hoover, hairdryer etc"

"There was cobwebs on the ceiling and the pull out bed was not as comfortable to sleep on but still manageable, the duvet cover for the sofa bed had a yellow stain which made me feel uncomfortable, pillows were too thin and square shaped so had difficulty sleeping"

"The location is good, close to the Eiffel Tower and easy access to metro station and bus stops, with a lot of shops and nice restaurants nearby. The flat itself is comfortable, it is a little small for four persons but in general good to stay for several nights. We recommend this place, good value for money."

"Perfect location, 30 minutes walking from the Eiffel tower, for everything else - metro (Line 10) is just 3 minutes away from the entrance. There is a nice boulangerie just across the street that serves nice breakfast and different cakes/pastries. Near the metro there is a nice cafe. Everything in the room was clean, new sets of sheets, few towels and toilet paper rolls. A lot of cups, mugs, plates and utensils are in the cupboards. Kettle, electric stove included. Property and location seemed very safe. There was a main entrance doors with a code and after those - clean corridor leading to the room. Very detailed check-in instructions were sent to me 2 days before arriving. Other reviews mentioned some rats/pests but we didn't see any. There was a nice terrace overlooking the street with a table and two chairs for all your romantic dinner needs. Room was small but what more do you need for just sleeping while visiting Paris. Two of us were were very satisfied."

"Very good location, easy access to the metro and to local stores and restaurants. Close by to the Eiffel tower. Easy to travel between different sight seeing locations."

"Picking up the keys and getting access to the door code was a little challenging because I hadn't received the correct email. Luckily, the property manager was there when we arrived, so it ended up going smoothly. I think the issue with not receiving the initial email properly was because I was already traveling when I was supposed to receive the email."

"The property was a great location, was close to transport and 20 minutes for the tower. It’s was comfortable enough, had a balcony and a sofa bed so was perfect for me and my fiancé"

"The sofa bed did have some stains on the mattress. the shower head was a little dirty, Was bottom floor so not really a decent view. the room are so clammy and warm. a fan is provided but doesn’t work very well"
