"This little cottage, situated where the little road ends in a meadow, was a delightful stay. The accommodation is on the first and second floor and is entirely apart from the owners who live on the ground floor. Because of the slope of the land the cottage feels at ground level and complete in itself. The place is very well appointed, decorated and comfortable. A great kitchen, relaxed lounge, massive TV and then 3 generous rooms upstairs. Good bed linen, good mattresses and a lovely deep bath. Christian leaves something special each morning with the fresh bread and homemade jams for breakfast. The mornings were cold so he lit the Norwegian wood stove too, whilst we slept! We needed caring for, as we had an incident filled day on our bike touring and Tulipes etc was perfect. Thank you to Renee and Christian, this is a chambres d hote guided by the heart and soul of their ownership. We are glad to have become part of the Tulipes etc family."

"An eye poppingly gorgeous wood cabin, complete with stove, fully functional kitchen, TV and all amenities of a real home. Really good value for 3 couples if you can work out a shift system since there is just one bathroom (there is also a 2nd toilet downstairs but no shower). Sparkling clean, hosts periodically supply you with fresh produce such as home made jams, cakes, apple juice etc and in winter will switch on the stove early in the morning. A real gem."

"Two minor things which aren't essentially anyone's fault. Just one bathroom can make things tricky if you are 3 couples. Also while the cabin is situated ideally between Switzerland and Alsatian gems such as Riquewihr, the distances are not very short (doable, but 1 hr of driving is the norm). Impossible to use the property without renting a car."

"Our hosts gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home after a long day on the road. The house is lovely and the neighbourhood very quiet. We received a delicious breakfast in the morning including home-made jam and French toast. We should have booked more than just one night!"

"Christian was an incredible host, who went above and beyond! The place in incredible, well equipped kitchen, lovely bathrooms, clean, neat, cozy, lots of charm, a lovely garden, there is even a horse...it was beyond our wildest expectation, and we will be returning! Cannot recommend enough!"

"This was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed! The hosts were incredibly sweet and truly elevated our experience. The chalet was easy to find, and since we booked the entire space, we had three bedrooms and a spacious living area all to ourselves. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, everything was meticulously prepared, and the place was spotless. A wonderful surprise: two beautiful horses in the backyard! Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, all home made and made us feel right at home. Thank you again! We will definitely be back. Highly recommended, 100%!"
