"Wir hatten das kleinere Häuschen gemietet für 2-4 Personen. Schöne Terrasse. Sehr schönes, modernes Bad. Neu und geräumig. Insgesamt ruhige Lage. Es ist ein größeres Gebäude, man hat aber keine direkten Nachbarn. Also innen sehr ruhig. Gutes Bett. Gute Küchenausstattung und Nespresso Maschine."
"Die Besitzer haben mehrere Hunde. Wenn der eine im Zwinger ist, bellt er teilweise ununterbrochen; das nervt. Die Kundenbetreuung läuft ausschließlich online über WhatsApp durch Marie. Sie ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, allerdings ist das natürlich sehr unpersönlich. Der Grillrost des Außen-Grills war total verrostet und dadurch unbenutzbar. Es gab auch keine Utensilien, um ihn zu säubern. Die Sauberkeit, insbesondere der Außenmöbel der Terrasse war nicht optimal. Die Beschichtung der beschichteten Pfannen war kaputt und damit unbenutzbar. Das Häuschen ist an sich sehr schön, aber es ist sehr steril und nüchtern eingerichtet. Mit ein bisschen Dekoration und Bildern könnte man das deutlich aufwerten. Zum Essen hat man eine Küchentheke mit zwei Barhockern. Diese passen in der Höhe nicht zur Theke und sind total ungemütlich. Trotz der beschriebenen Mängel hat es uns hier insgesamt gut gefallen ."

"Logement très agréable et spacieux dans un environnement très calme avec de magnifiques paysages. Les propriétaires sont très discrets. Nous étions en moto et nous avons apprécié l'espace pour stationner nos motos tout proche du logement. A notre arrivée tout était prêt et dans le logement il y avait un minimum de choses (appréciable quand on est en moto ;-) pour un séjour de quelques jours (papier toilette, produits ménagers, condiments, dosettes café, etc.). Logement annoncé pour une taille de studio, cela nous a fait sourire car en fait pour nous c'est une petite maison avec des volumes très appréciables. Beaucoup de gens seraient heureux d'avoir un studio de cette taille :-D. Séjour que nous renouvellerons certainement."

"Décoration avec beaucoup de goût, maison très agréable et propre. Endroit très agréable. Nous y retournerons. Les commerçants sont très sympa, je recommande particulièrement de faire le marché et en particulier le marchand d’huîtres plein de charme avec ses blagues !!!"
"I had a fantastic stay at Habitat Parisien – Quatre Septembre Choiseul Opéra! The location is truly unbeatable, right in the heart of Paris within walking distance of shopping areas, restaurants, and many major attractions. The neighborhood feels both lively and safe, making it easy to get around and fully enjoy the city. The apartment was very clean, stylishly decorated, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and despite the central location, it was quiet at night – a big plus! Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was clear and professional throughout. I really felt welcomed and well taken care of. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience Paris at its best – perfect for both a weekend getaway and a longer stay. I will definitely come back!"
