The apartment is very well located next to the Duroc and Falguiere Metro stops. Walking distance everywhere. Loved it. Unfortunately we had to work (Wine Paris) and could not really take advantage of the neighborhood."

The owner send us a well-detailed instructions with video. ✅ The room was so clean, the apartment was spacious, the facilities were complete, the bed was so comfortable. ✅ The location was very accessible, there were café, restaurants & even a grocery store near by. And the bus stop was literally right in front of your door-step. Over-all we really enjoyed the stay here and we highly recommend this place."
