"The studio with the kitchenette was useful as we stayed with a 2 year old and often needed to prepare food. The rooms were spotless. The breakfast was great. It was also useful to have parking for our car. Cristina also gave us some useful tips for what to do in Nice as it was raining for some of our stay!"

Full of local knowledge and ideas of where to visit and public transport ways of getting there. Breakfast is truly delicious with plenty of choice. We will definitely return to Villa Bellabe. "We loved being on the ground floor with direct access to garden, especially for our dog. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The Hammam and deep wide bath was a welcome feature. Celine our host was a delight, very welcoming and friendly. Eager to please."

"Great location with easy access to Metro(Europe) and short walk to Gare St Lazare ( check for Rue de Rome exit). Nice decore, new bathrooms. Limited bag space but that is normal. Good breakfast. Would stay again"
