Villa Cecile is located in Yvoire, on the shores of Lake Geneva. It offers a hammam, hot tub and sauna, as well as a swimming pool and free WiFi. Guest-rooms are all equipped with a plasma TV and some have a balcony overlooking the pool. Other rooms overlook the garden and have a private terrace. "It was possibly the best hotel that we have ever stayed in. It was only 200 yards from the centre of Yvoire, in a nice quiet spot. It was exceptionally clean. The breakfast, although short on hot food, was very well presented. The pool area was exceptional ,with plenty of sunbeds."
"The staff. We sent an email to ask if we could have our room early, and was told that it would depend on the day, however they would try. After arriving at 1230pm, and being told it was not ready, they told us to come back in an hour. 3 hours later they had not even started on it. To say that it was such a small hotel, that only had a handful of guests at the time, I would have expected them to try to prioritise our room , knowing that we were waiting. Reception was not good, and and the staff generally, were not over friendly. The restaurant was closed on Sunday and Monday evenings, which were the days that we stayed."

"This is a stylish, high quality hotel on the edge of Lake Geneva. While we did not have time to sample the spa facilities, the sense of well-being pervades your stay. Our room was large, well equipped and blessed with a very comfy bed. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the enjoyment of our stay. Secure private parking for our motorbike."
