"L'ambiance y est, studio très cosy , décoré avec goût. Bonne literie, propriétaire arrangeante et généreuse. Le plus surprenant est d'être côté rue et de ne pas entendre un bruit... Reste quelques menus travaux à effectuer pour être parfait ... Un très bon rapport qualité prix..."
